Just to say thank you so much, the service we received was excellent. The communication beforehand was informative and timely, I never had to wait long for a response. The minibus arrived on time for the both legs of the journey, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, Steve the driver was extremely friendly and got our holiday off to an enjoyable start. On the return journey he overheard us talking about what time our partners would come to collect us and he offered to do several drop offs, instead of the planned one, to save them dragging out. Couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be recommending you.

I would like to thank you and everyone at HomeSafe Travel for a most enjoyable travel day with my family to the seaside yesterday. We all had a good time, your travel service was excellent. This was the first time I was using your service and I am pleased to inform you that I will continue to make further bookings with your Company. The driver, arrived early, and drove very well, and was flexible with the timings. The mini-bus was clean and very comfortable inside, with good spacing for mum in her wheelchair. Some of my friends, traveling with us, have also requested to have your company details for bookings. I forgot to get your company card from the Driver yesterday.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for such an excellent service that HomeSafe provided  for our airport transfers.

The vehicle was very impressive - the kids were delighted! The driver was friendly and professional. In particular it made our homeward journey after our flight etc very stress-free.

This is a belated thanks for all your help in arranging two great drivers for my family and me last month.

Eric was a delight. He was not only a conscientious driver but also a wonderful resource for restaurants and back roads in the Normandy region. We enjoyed his warm and personal style and his efforts to accommodate all of our requests.

John was also wonderful. He, too, was very accommodating and patient with our ever-changing itinerary. We put him through a couple of very long days, which he handled professionally and courteously.

Just a quick email to say thank you for Saturday the coach looked brilliant with the ribbons really added to the trip. My daughter was surprised to see them and really pleased to travel back with us all. I would just like to thank everyone at HomeSafe Travel for a great service on the 11th May.

Although I never actually saw the coach (too busy elsewhere) I heard only good reports.

I was told it turned up dead on time, picked everyone up as requested, was very comfortable and decked out in the appropriate colour ribbons. I did see the driver for the return trip. He was there early and everyone got back safely. I am told the drivers were courteous and cheerful.

Thank you all again - it was an important part of the day going really well and making it special for everyone concerned.
